Room door keys can be finicky!!! Bathroom fan does not work well when overly steamy!!! Needs a maintenance man for slow-draining sinks and squeaky bathroom doors!!!

We had a delightful stay with friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The clean room with modern furniture made for a comfortable retreat. The pool area was decent but could use more seating, and the hot tub was warm, not hot. Breakfast was exceptional with a generous variety.

The convenient location is fantastic! With friendly staff, this place had remarkable breakfast options that truly impressed me.

Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of service, and the lighting in the parking lot could be much better!

the pool area was a bit chilly. but the breakfast had fresh fruit and yummy waffles. the room had a spacious layout with a big TV. location was super convenient for fast food.

The hotel was very clean and newly remodeled, making it feel fresh and inviting. The staff was exceptionally friendly, quickly assisting us and offering recommendations for nearby dining options, which made our stay very enjoyable.

Parking lot lighting needs improvement.

Ideal choice for a weekend vacation in Germantown with a good price-value balance. The air conditioning unit worked perfectly, keeping us cool during our stay. Check the door keys. they can be a bit tricky to use.

The king room was clean, featured a fridge, and even included a nice shower. I loved the small pool and nearby fast food options!

The absence of a microwave in the room is a hassle for my extended stay. having to cart hot food down the hall isn't ideal. The lack of breakfast options during my stay was disappointing, especially when I had experienced better alternatives at other locations.

Rooms were spacious and very clean. The king-sized bed was super comfy, and though the pullout sofa was squeaky, the kids slept well. The soundproofing was impressive. we never heard our neighbors. The bathrooms were roomy too. They were also undergoing some renovations, which was noticeable but didn't impact our stay. Overall, pretty cozy.
